The Blaine = obviously handsome and Kurt = obviously lacking is one of the most obnoxious informed qualities that show has ever insisted on doing. It’s like the lines insulting Rachel’s (but not Quinn’s) chest size when we were expected to ignore any actual measurements for her and Dianna, and just go along with “lol yeah of course Rachel would be viewed as flat and undesirable.”
Except it’s about their entire bodies.
